Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. If you cancel same day or no- show, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. This amount will either be charged to the credit card we have on file or must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Patients who forget or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. This will either be charged to the credit card we have on file, or will need to be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Our hours are flexible to accommodate your busy schedule. We offer massage at our office, your home, office or hotel before and after hours by appointment only. We travel up to 25 miles at no additional charge for out-bound massages. For same-day availability, please call us at 615-448-6446.
